Keystone Assistant LLC provides virtual assistant and digital marketing services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be defined as agreed upon in written communication, proposals, or formal service agreements between both parties.
- Payments and Fees
- Upfront Payment: All fees must be paid in advance of the service period unless a separate payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing.
- Refund Policy: Payments are strictly non-refundable once services have commenced.
- Late Payments: Failure to provide payment may result in a temporary suspension of services until the account is brought current.
- Client Responsibilities
To ensure the successful delivery of services, the Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
- Grant necessary access to platforms, tools, or resources required for task completion.
- Maintain open communication regarding project expectations.
- Confidentiality
We value your trust. Keystone Assistant LLC agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, trade secrets, and proprietary business information. This information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone Assistant LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits or data) arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
- Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing prior written notice, subject to the specific notice period outlined in your individual service contract. Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for payment for all work performed up to the date of termination.
- Modifications
Keystone Assistant LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted to our website or communicated to the Client. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
